Mr. Baumann, the founding partner of Oakfield Development Corporation, is regarded as a visionary with an aspiration for articulating and developing master planned residential and commercial subdivisions. He has been instrumental in changing the architectural landscape in both mature and developing communities which has earned him recognition in the real estate industry. In addition, Mr. Baumann's dynamic approach to real estate has given him the reputation for optimizing the relationship between discounted current pricing and the prospective future value which has resulted in successful placements for both investment and exit strategy.

Mr. Ruff is the managing partner of Oakfield Development Corporation and has been involved in over $600 million of real estate activities including acquisition, asset management and development. Prior to Oakfield, Mr. Ruff co-founded Triple Play Netlease Investments LLC, an entrepreneurial real estate development firm, where he sourced, engineered and executed investment placements and dispositions for nationally recognized retail tenants. As a financial analyst and asset manager for Financial Investments Corporation, a boutique investment firm whose principals include the investment banking family of Mr. Harrison Steans, Mr. Ruff was engaged in due diligence and underwriting assignments on various domestic and international real estate acquisition and development opportunities including office, retail, commercial and residential. Mr. Ruff also served as a financial analyst for Trinity Investment Trust LLC, a private equity hotel investment and development firm, where he engineered an automated asset management model, a platform used to analyze the acquisition, underwriting and asset management of luxury resort hotels and commercial real estate.

Ms. Shoemaker has in excess of 20 years of combined experience in (i) construction management and real estate development; (ii) market and financial analyses; and (iii) legal and administrative reporting. Prior to joining Oakfield, Ms. Shoemaker was a consultant in Rhead Construction, with a focus on project management and financial analyses. Ms. Shoemaker also served as a legal assistant for a Rockford Law Firm where she worked directly with its principals in providing financial and managerial reporting on all levels of the firms practice. Ms. Shoemaker will work directly with Oakfield's principals in due diligence, financial / market analyses and asset management.
